BIMGRID has extensive project management capabilities to oversee the overall coordination and execution of the BIM process. We go through an initial evaluation to define our end goals and possible issues that enables us to develop a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), set up BIM workflow, BIM collaboration, which determines specific tasks and deliverables at every stage of the project.

BIM facilitates the project delivery process as it provides a digital platform, maintained and managed by the Contractor for communication, collaboration and model/ information exchange amongst the team(s) working within the Contract and / or Interfacing Parties. We bring together the whole project team through our BIM Coordination Services, regularly initiating and organising meetings to ensure that key project stakeholders are up to speed on progress and challenges.
